3. Product Descriptions & Colour Variations
We strive for accuracy in describing and representing our rugs.
However, due to the natural characteristics of hand-dyed wool and silk, colours may vary slightly from photos displayed online. Lighting, screen calibration, and natural dye lots all contribute to minor variations.
Weavers Art is not responsible for these differences, and they are not considered defects.
4. Online Purchases & Return Policy
We want you to love your rug. If for any reason you are not satisfied:
7-Day Return/Refund Policy
- All rugs purchased online are eligible for return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers must contact us first before initiating any return.
- Rugs must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds will be issued once the product is inspected and approved.
Custom-made, altered, or specially ordered items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
5. Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise specified. Weavers Art reserves the right to update pricing, discontinue items, or make changes to product availability at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on weaversart.com—including images, designs, branding, text, and layout—is the exclusive property of Weavers Art. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
